Hi More,
I love cape cod houses or any style with high ceilings partly because I'm tall and also just like the charm.
Your MRI appears (from what I know which isn't that much) ok, yet who knows you may have a tear in one or more of the discs. What did your NS say? or have you not found one since that first one who doesn't sound the best. Injections like a nerve block really helped my arm pain. Have you considered any cortosone shots?
My MRI showed protrusions yet nothing too serious untill I had a discogram and discovered the c5/6 had a large tear. This can also cause considerable pain and even nerve type pain. I have neck pain, arm pain and horrid headaches. So it's interesting that there doesn't have to be a definite herniation for there to be problems. Take care,
Mel
