What a great support you all are - Spinal Cord Disorders Message Board

I'm the tethered cord girl previous aka bunnykitten. I just wanted to say that you guys are a great support. I love to read your stories. I don't know anyone with spinal disorders so to hear other people is good therapy for me. Hoping to hear from franjo her surgery I hear is scheduled for July 15. I'll have good thoughts for franjo. My 5th surgery is rescheduled for July 21. Your positive attitudes on this board is really helping me. I'm having a harder time dealing with this surgery this time around. Please keep posting.

I know what you mean about the wonderful support which is shared so freely here!! What a joy to be a part of such a grand group!!

I want to let you know that as soon as franjo can, I am sure she will be of some help~~~if only emotionally!

I wish I would have found you all sooner. I'm stressed beyond belief. I can't really talk to anyone. My husband has a hard time understanding. He's great he just has never dealt with anything like this before. This time is so much different than all the other times I've had surgery. I have 3 kids now and the fear of what's to come is overwhelming. My MRI is scheduled for July 10. I've never had spinal fluid before but that's what the doc is looking for. I really don't know if that would make this surgery any different. Who's had spinal fluid and what does it mean?
