Sure am on pins and needles waiting to see how Mel333 is doing after her ADR surgery last Wednesday! I worry about our little cervie from down under!

Am well thanks and sorry I askes husabnd to post yet he had horrid flu and my mum is rather computer illiterate.
The ADR was a sucess!!!!!!!! and I feel good despite headache and throat probs.

Also disc bulges c3/4 and 6/7. Numerous facet and nerve blocks along with extensive conservative treatment prior to surgery.
