My understanding is that if there is cord compression and myelopathy, it can affect all limbs. I guess in your situation, if you have significant cord compression your leg symptoms could come from your neck. It would be great to get everything fixed with one surgery!
Since you do have lumbar problems, I guess most doctors would feel that your leg symptoms are from your lower back.
Do a search on myelopathy or spondylosis with myelopathy or cervical stenosis with myelopathy to see what I am talking about.
You mentioned that you had e-mailed Dr. Jho. When I spoke with Robin, they had a problem with their server this month and lost several days of e-mail. They may have lost your message, so try again.
