| | Workplace Stress
I was just looking for advice or suggestions about handling work related stress problems. I know this is not a workplace messageboard. I work with a particular person who is loud, overbearing, and quite honestly harrassing. She commands attention, is always loud ,interrupts and if she does not get her way she is rude and mean. Getting to the point though, I dread this person after a few minutes she brings everybody down. I can actually feel my stomach getting upset, my neck aches, I get a terrible headache, and I feel like I have to walk on pins and needles. Did I mention she is a boss one of 3. I really feel physically ill when I know I have to work with her. I am trying to manage my stress but without a lot of success. I cannot quit my job I have too much time invested to do so Any advice?
