I am stressed from work and it's easy for me to think about it way too much when I'm away from work. The best thing to do is to fill your mind with something else, something good. It's easy to fall into a trap of replacing "bad" with "bad."
I try to watch sitcoms or funny TV shows, or read things I really like. Whatever it is, just make sure it will be GOOD for you, and not something that will make you feel guilty or bad later on. We have enough bad thinking about work, right?
