Does being Anxious mean always being in a hurry?

Part of my anxiety is that I am always in hurry......I am always watching the clock, I believe this is part of the reason for my anxiety state and what is causing eelings of unreality for me?I asked my shrink what does it mean to be anxious? Was wandring how many of us feel like this? Jerry

Hey Jerry!I'm always doing things in a rush! It's not that I am in a hurry,I just think that I'm running in a major highgear all the time!I was told to make a concious effort to slow and It's crazy how fast I can do things!I think that your anxiety causes is, as you have so much adrenalin pumping through you,you can't help but do things hurried!Well there's my 2 cents!Talk to ya later!Kristi
