Quite recently I've been under stress from exams at school, as well as the fact that there has been a lot of change within my groups of friends as well - people falling out, etc. Only recently have I started noticing that I am becoming increasingly itchy around my neck and face - I spend a lot of time scratching, and I don't know whether I'm imagining it or not (this has nothing to do with the body lotions or hair products I use- I've already been to the doctor about this.) I do it mostly when I'm around people I'm uncomfortable with as well. My neck is starting to become bruised and sore, and I don't know what to do about it. Am I self-harming unintentionally from stress?
