Has anyone had weight loss from stress, but did not have a loss of appetite?

Yes, I have and it was due to severe untreated anxiety. I lost about 5 stone in weight (which is LOT). I was very weak, severely underweight and it did not change until my doctor actually realized how sick I had become and started me on anti anxiety medication (xanax), it has greatly improved my quality of life.

Have you seen anyone about it?

30 kilos? That is a lot.

How did she confirm that the weight loss was due to stress?

Yes, sure is a lot!

To answer your question, it was because my main complaint was anxiety ( I was suffering from post traumatic stress disorder and agoraphobia) so I could easily pin it down to anxiety and told her so.

I don't have as sever stress or anxiety as you might.

I am wondering if that could still cause weight loss.
