anytime you put your body under stressful situations, its going to affect your health. Vomiting may be your bodies way of telling you that it doesnt like what it is feeling....
although normal for the body to react to stress, vomiting can be dangerous, as it can lead to eating disorders and also to stomach and esophegeal problems from vomiting. You really need to determine what the stress is that you are feeling and find a way to deal with it...either by medication or by natural ways - exercise, yoga or holistic approaches.
