Hello,

Myhame is Terri and I am 34. I had a baby boy on June 10th of this year. I had a stroke 8 days after on Fathers Day and then 6 days after that found out I have a blood clot in my brain. The doctors say it is all pregnancy related. I have been to UCSF one of the best hospitals in the world! I have been trying to look up information about strokes after pregnancy but there isn't much out there...not very common. Does anyone know where I can go? Has this happened to you? Any support groups?

i'm sorry... sometimes its hard to find correlations between things, or find others who've had the same correlations...

I had my stroke at 33, but wasn't pregnancy related...i had a hole in my heart...but all the doctors were surpised i did get thru 5 pregnancies without a stroke....
