Headache, nausea and dizziness during and/or after the attack?
Familial Hemiplegic Migraine and the more common Basilar Artery Migraine can both cause stroke-like symptoms (called hemiparesthesia). But I wonder if migraine would be so relentless, day after day.
The only other thing I can think of is
hypocalcemia. Low calcium causes a tingling sensation around the mouth/face and pins and needles of the hand and feet, this is usually the first symptom. It also causes carpopedal spasm, where your fingers and/or toes feel like they're curling up and muscle aches, spasms and twitches.
Many things can cause low calcium. Kidney problems, thyroid problems, low vitamin D or magnesium, digestion problems like Celiac Disease, eating disorders or extreme diets, among others.
I had the low cal symptoms shortly before being diagnosed with Celiac a few years ago. At the same time a low vitamin A level gave me night blindness as well.
Good luck with your appt. I hope all goes well.
