Vitamins.....

Is there something naturally you guys take to increase energy; any side effects?

Howdy again,
Besides my meds, I take fish oil, B complex, C, E, and Folic acid. I also drink alot of water. It is only alkaline water that I drink. I can't talk about here too much. So you asked.... Almost everything we ingest is acidic most fast food, drinks. Even our vitimans we take are acidic. An alkiline water helps your body get back to the right ph which is 7.5 and helps your body strong against most problems. That is just my opinion.

I take one multivitamin, an omega3-6-9, a calcium supplement and a vitamin D
I take these at diffrent times than my meds.
