| Re: My mother may have a stroke. What do I do if she does?
I hear you positive, but I would think that waiting for professionals with appropriate medical equipment and training would be the best thing to do. 5 minutes away. When I called my hospital is 15 minutes away, but an ambulance was dispatched from the nearest hospital. There are so many subtle tones to a stroke. I would think putting her in the hands of professionals from the start is the best thing. What if you carry her and something happens to you. I say, just play it smart. Keep a cool head and trust the professionals.
