Hello Venny and welcome to our family.
Did the doctor say you had a stroke? Are these mobility problems a result from a stroke? I know its difficult to type but if you could manage it would be helpful to give us some history. Tell us a little more about what has gone on. Hope we can help.
God Bless Mulchie

Hurt neck by doing a yoga position with legs in the air then brother decided to push my legs over and put pressure on my legs, so hurt neck.
Sunday, dine no problems at all
Monday, no problems till lying down while watching my laptop, and holding my neck up. A dull ache came in the back on my neck
Tuesday, still dull ache in neck
Wednesday, slept funny, couldn't move my neck to the right without a pulling pain
Thursday, dull ache
Friday, dull ache all day, got up around 6.30pm and felt dizzy, about 7.30 my arms went heavy so went to hospital. While I was there my arms felt better, my legs around the knee joint and forearms around the elbow and knuckles sort of tingled.
Nurse checked my neck, and asked me questions.
Another nurse checked my blood pressure, temperature & some sort of peg on my finger
After that another nurse came and asked me more question.
Another nurse told me to go and wait in the waiting room for the Doctor
Saw the Doctor, didn't check my neck. Asked me some questions
Checked blood pressure, temperature and my back with the stethoscope
My temperature was a little high
He said I might be coming down with something
Went home, felt a lot better
The Sunday-Thursday before I hurt my neck I had been ill; with sickness, dizziness, headache and runny nose.
Saturday, still felt better but when I woke up my left arm and leg sort tingled/ached, this was around the joint on arm and leg. My arm felt better before 12. My leg was the same all day. Still felt a bit dizzy after a while
Sunday, still felt better, woke up fine no tingly feeling. Felt a little dizzy but not a lot. Every now and then my arms and legs would feel a bit tingly but not that bad
As the day continued felt better, neck still hurting a bit if it was in the same position for a while
About 7.30 my left side, underneath my lip started to tingle/numbness and eased
Up until then was sitting still without moving with my back curled and one leg on the other.

Havent been sick
Can move my neck freely and have been able to all week bar the days I've mentioned
Im 19
Can smile and move my body parts freely
No headaches bar yday, due to not drinking and tired

Re: Do people who have strokes have poor reflexes? before & after?

Because you are young and don't have a history of cardiovascular disease, a stroke is pretty unlikely.

You might have a muscle problem/injury in your neck. Those can cause pain and tingling just about anywhere on your body.

Try ice and gentle stretching for your neck, and go easy on it for a few weeks.
