Good to hear from you, i hope you and your loved ones are well and in good sprits. I guess it starting to warm up in your neck of the woods, yesterday I had to wear jumper for the first time this year. The recovery progress has slowed, but every now and then I suprise myself with a little an unexpected improvement.
