Arrow Menus for stroke victims

My father-in-law recently had a stroke. He can no longer swallow normally and must have all his food pureed and all his liquids thickened. I am looking for some ideas for variation of his foods. Do any of you have recipes, ideas, or anything that could help? Thanks!

My food had to be pureed for a long time. I think I was able to eat Jello.
