 Many types of Grief and Loss
Hi everyone, I just found this board topic and decided to check in. I know the type of grief and loss of losing a much loved parent and grandparent. I know the type of grief and loss of having someone very close to you murdered. I also the type of grief and loss that one feels when they have an illness that rob them of everything they ever were or ever hoped to be. I think this is a great topic for anyone in any of these circumstances. I'm interested in ways people deal with their losses. I am not very good at it. The deaths of loved ones has been long enough that I am not totally devistated anymore, but the loss of myself is something I deal with every day. Thanks for listening. Linda D
