I sleepwalk sometimes. I am 29 and my mom noticed it most when I was a teenager. My High School councilor assured me I would not walk off a deck, or into the lake, because your sub-conscience doesn't want to harm you, but its still erie to realize you have been wandering around in your sleep. A few months ago I woke up on the couch (IN THE LIVING ROOM) when my husband was working nights. I HAD GONE TO BED UPSTAIRS. I suppose I am lucky no REAL problems have ever come from it.
