Post possible luvox withdrawal

My father is 83 years old and had open heart surgery on July 15th, 2003. His surgery went well and he was released on July 22. He was readmitted on July 30th due to fluid retention and his doctors wanted to give him lasix. On August 2nd while in the hosptial, he was given an ambien to help him sleep. the family was notified the next morning and told that he had a reaction to the ambien. Since then, he has gotten some better, but still continues to "talk crazy". He has also started twitching and says that his skin "feels like it is jumping". Before the surgery, my father was "sharp as a tack". When he was released on August 11th, his doctor told me that he had been taken off several medications, on of which was luvox, a drug he had been taking for at least three years. The doctor prescribed a new antidepressant called lexapro. I am wondering if my father might be suffering from withdrawals from luvox, or either side affects from the lexapro. If anyone out there can shed some light on this, it would be appreciated
