Myofascial pain syndrome
I think this would be a good addition. It's similar to Fibromyalgia but it's a condition that affects the muscles and nerves with neural feedback from the spine ,rather than involving the brain. Untreated it can become fibro. It can be linked to other conditions like TMJD .
