Yes definitely! It is very well documented (especially in children) that people who get moderate to severe H1N1 disease are at risk of developing pneumococcal (Streptococcus pneumoniae) pneumonia afterwards. With regular flu, people are susceptible to Staphylococcus aureus pneumonia afterwards.
