Cool News flash Iron deficiency following Swine Flu

I'm constantly learning desperatly trying to get back to normal hence tons of research on my mobile internet as i lay in bed constantly... This wk i've discovered i'm severly anemic & pernicious anemia fits in with my family history big time so i started a supplement at 8x Rda & bang a lift; i've had to cut that back 2 Rda due to getting shaky & my Endo will have to help me with proper testing & dosing but i'm certain this is the post Swine Flu problem following reading Iron & Thyroid info on 'Stop the Thyroid Madness' & that bacterial infection & viral eat ur iron stores; in 5 days of starting the iron my stamina is up a bit; i'm severly anemic so this will take mths of expert care & supplementation to fix. ur adrenals store iron so when they've been fighting infection ur stores drop explaining post viral exhaustion; get ur doctor to do a full spectrum iron test as swelling can make ur iron stores look higher than they are & remember to take vitc with ur iron go slow & be prepared to feel megga hungry & possibly have hypoglyceimia reactions, eat meat & back off on the iron, i had this problem & i read it's normal Gd luck, go slow & hopefuly we'll all feel better by summer *massive hopeful grin* i'm dealing with ongoing tb so it may take me much longer than that but it's a start :+)
