White spots on breast??
I have a little white spot on my right nipple. There is not as much pain. I have no clue what it could be. Every site says its from breastfeeding. However, im only 14, no kids, and should I be worried? Is it normal??

It sounds like a normal little surface duct that may be a bit clogged. Just leave it alone and keep an eye on it. If it changes, goes scabby or gets infected then have it checked out. Sera

Warm compresses will open up and release the junk stopping it up. Think of it as a large pore. Whiteheads can appear amywhere.
