I would like to find some exercises to help me loose a little weight. I'm not fat but im starting to gain weight and i dont want to get fat because im goin into high school. I have a little bit of fat right above my waist. do you know of any exercise that can help me loose that? I would also like to find an exercise to lift and firm my butt!?!( I know its stupid)I need some exercises to increase my flexibility because im am goin out for the cheerleading squad and im not very flexibly! If you could help I would really appriciate it!
