i know if u go out in the sun, and u dont come close to burning, it will still add up to the accumilation skin cancer risk. its the uv-a rays that cause canceer, and the uv-b rays that burn right? if u use suscreen, will u still tan alot? like couldent it just block uv-a rays?

Sun SCREEN filters out some of the UV rays (forget which ones) and sun BLOCK will block it totally. You can still tan with sun-screen, just not as dramatically as with nothing, but why risk it?

You can still tan with sunscreen but the process will be slower. However it is alot safer.
