Hi, Onflamesforhim.

As a former sufferer of anorexia and bulimia I do know where you are coming from.

Congratulations on recovery, by the way!

From what you just posted, to me it really sounds like all a part of the recovery process. It's normal to still have thoughts about acting out bulimic behaviours once you are in recovery. So long as it doesn't become an obsession once again, those feeling should diminish.

But if they stay, maybe even get stronger; seek help before you fall completely back into that bulimia.

Remember, over exercising is also a form of bulimia. Orthorexia being an eating disorder where the sufferer strives to eat 'healthy' or 'pure'.

Take care of yourself, Onflamesforhim.

Ashlee
