friends say that moles r (pretty marks)but one of the guys at school said that they are ugly and i even agree with that what should i do?/ say about them or do about them
It depends on what the person thinks really, a lot of models and people, like Cindy Crawford, have (or had) 'beauty moles', and so do regular people, and that's just who they are, sometimes the scars left behind after removal can be bad...

I've had two removed so far, plan on getting more removed here soon. I've only had them removed because some moles are considered to possibly cause cancer. No scars left behind from removal either. So, I'm not really doing it for looks, just for safety in the future.
I do have a big birth mark on my back, that I'm planning on getting removed whenever I can. But, that's about the only thing I want removed because of looks.
I am covered in moles, and to answer your question, yes they're hideous. I would count myself fortunate if I were you, if moles cause you this much concern than you are obviously without the serious physical flaws that many of us have. Congratulations.
