I am about 5'8 and weigh about 135 LBS. I have the fit kind of body where I can get toned pretty easily.. I figure if I start working out I can get to about 145..is that a good weight? I dont have eating problems because I am not extremely small but my metabolism is VERY VERY high.
Try doing an internet search for a Body Mass Index calculator. It'll tell you if your weight is underweight, normal, overweight, or obese. It'll give you a number and it should give you those ranges.
