if shes obese it matters to me, just because its unhealhty and unattractive, but zits nah no big deal to me, i have a few here and there so i cant say anything.
The sad truth of the matter is that looks do matter in a lot of cases. Looks is what draws you to a person to begin with, and you initiate conversation and all of that. There are cases though, where you're just friends and someone falls in love with your personality, and those are the ones that count. There is nothing wrong with a little extra weight or some zits. Everybody except the EXTREMELY lucky ones get zits at least in their teenage years, it's natural and can't be helped to a large extent, so why worry about it?
You don't want to date any guy that doesn't love you for WHO YOU ARE, not what you look like. When you're in high school it's true, most guys only care about what you look like. but the truth is out there somewhere there's a great guy who will love you for your personality, not your weight or how many pimples you have.
Yea, it should be that way but think about it...wouldn't u feel kinda...sucky, if ur bf liked you because you had an amazing personality but didn' think you were hot?
Some guys care more about looks than others. For most, though, looks do play a certain part, but the nod still goes to personality over looks. I know, for me, I won't go out with a girl who's too fat or has an ugly face, but I've had a girlfriend who was a bit overweight and I've had a girlfriend who had a bit of an acne issue, but I still cared about them both very much and was perfectly okay with kissing them and making love to them, so...it varies, I suppose.
