Hey, let me save u some time here, situps wont do anything to get rid of fat on your stomach. You should work on your abs no more than 3x a week and all u need are crunches and reverse crunches. What you need to do to lose weight and most importantly body fat is cardio. Cardio is basically getting your heart rate up for 20-45 minutes. It is really effective. There are many cardio videos out there, tons but you can do bicycling, running, ect aslong as you keep your heart rate up for 20-45 minutes and i would suggest cardio 4-5 times a day. Dieting is probably most important. Try to stay away from too much sugar, fat and carbs, thats really important. You will get better results if u do that if not then cardio will take a lot longer.
