Yes, it depends on the date you're going on.
If it's somewhere nice, then you dress accordingly. Something somewhat dressy etc.
If you're just going to a movie or something like that, dress nice, but casual and comfortable.
You could always ask her what she would like you to wear, if she sees what you have. Gradually you'll get the hang of it. Don't sweat it!
My policy on dating clothing is that I always dress how I would normally dress if I was doing that particular activity. The reason is that, if the relationship goes somewhere, the girl is going to eventually see me in my regular duds, so why win her over by dressing in a way that I wouldn't normally.
if you are taking her into town, you should go for something simple, but not like you don't care. try wearing kinda baggy nice jeans with a nice looking button down shirt or something. like one of the other ones, don't forget the cologne.

well..it matters wat u were ging to do with hte girl but i owuld love to see my date in jeans the faded kind u can get those at abercrombie with a button down kinda western shirt (the stylish kind) buttond..with nice shoes hair all done..dont go over board but dont look like a scrub take alittle more time into wat u wear but dont over due it!..agrl likes to kno she takes longer to get ready...have fun

I'd love it if the guy showed up wearing good cologne, had his hair done in a messy way, dark jeans and either a fitted tee or a button down shirt (fitted!!)
oo and a cool accessory like a neat chain, piercing, tattoo...whatever was interesting
man, forget about what i said earlier. if you're going on a date with this chick, she likes you for who you are. don't dress like another person to impress them, i'm sure the way you normally are would blow them away

hey, just wanted to add something. dont sag your pants so that your whole butt shows, not that many girls like that. if you like to sag, go for it, but not to much.
Wear something your comfortable in. Be yourself. Chances are she's paying more attention to you than what you're wearing. Just don't show up like you're ready for yardwor or something.
Well it depends on what you like. I think u should wear pants that are not to baggy and not to tight. Dont sag it looks really bad.A nice shirt will a design that buttons up. Nice shoes( not all torn up). You should maybe put some jell in ure hair and a nice soft cologn. Youll do great.
