I own a bike and it's not a sufficient way to build stomach-area muscles. ::I thought biking is for your glutes, legs, thighs, etc :::
Although, that's a good reason to get a bike? :: The reason I got mine was because I was to lazy to walk. LOL ::
It might help you to burn fat, but only to an extent.
