hey i'm so into cars it is not even funny! i know more about corvettes and mustangs than most of my friends. the thing is i'm a girl and i was wondering what guys think about that! is it a turn on or not. Some of my guy friends think I'm one of the guys because of that but my bf thinks it is hot! what is the general opinion? now i'm curious!
Who cares what anyone else thinks! You mentioned that your bf thinks it's hot, so hey that's all that matters!
I guess overall it depends on personal preference and how much you're into someone.
So relax, and forget about what everyone else thinks of something that you really enjoy You like it, that's what matters. Of course it doesn't hurt that your bf likes it also lol.
I love a girl who knows about cars! Especially those two! Keep at it, who cares what they think, it doens't make you any less of a girl because you like cars, I think it's great
It wouldn't bother me. For one reason, I know a hell of a lot about vehicles, and would surprise me if you knew more about them than me (at least the newer fords). I would actually find it as a turn on, that way I could actually have someone to work on my truck with. I've just built a ford f150 supercab that will eat mustang gt's left and right, anyday. Not bad for a senior in HS. I've put so much time and money into this truck, it would of been a major help if i would of had a g/f that was interested in trucks to help me.
As a guy, for a girl to be really into cars is an extra benefit. Same goes for other stuff - it is a lot of fun to have things in common. You sound like a really cool gal!
I’m a girl and almost all of my guy friends are into cars... and so am I. I think it's an added plus because it just gives you one more thing to talk about with them. It's not too common for guys to be able to talk about cars with girls, and my guy friends are always telling me how they think it’s cool that I know so much about cars.
Some of my girl friends think it's weird that I know how much horsepower, cylinders, etc. a Subaru WRX has (I mean, who's heard of that? right? lol), but it doesn't really matter because I don't have to talk about cars with them and it doesn't matter what they think. It's just another thing to talk about.
My sister knows a LOT about cars and the guys go crazy over her because she is beautiful and kind of a tom boy.... but she knows about cars and they love it so I'm guessing its not a turn off.

well, if a girl really knows about Cars, then it is a real turn on. I myself have a 70' Mustang Boss 302 (i restored it from scrap) and when girls know was it is not forgetting the Boss 302 then it is a turn on. But if a girl thinks she knows about cars and doesnt thats a Major turn off.
Since I don't really care about cars, it wouldn't be much of a turn on. I guess the only way it would be a turn off would be if she was obsessed with them and constantly talked about them despite that fact that I'm not as interested as her.
i was lookin through old posts and ran across this one. I myself find it a BIG turn on if a girl knows about cars. I work summers at an auto restoration garage and the girl i like now i like because of her interest in old cars. my dad has a 77 firebird formula that i am in the process of fixin up, and i am looking to buy a 48 chevy to restore.
