Unhappy ive gained a bit of weight

hey everyone my names jenn...i was doing exericises and stuff for awhile to help me lose weight but then school started and i forgot about them and ive gained alot of weight and icant stop eating! does anyone know what exercises i can do for my stomach and arms that wont take long to work????? please reply

If you consistantly do sit-ups and push ups every morning I can gaurantee you that it will get better. My boyfriend is hella strong just from doing 200 sit ups and 90 push ups every morning. Get involved in a sport, do crunches every morning or every other morning. Don't be too down on yourself. There is no ideal body!

i agree with lovely...just work on doing crunches and push ups that will help alot

hey,

well over the summer i had been losing weight too and when schol started i didnt have time to do them anymore!! so i joined dance, im on the school dance team and in a regular dance class...there is also jogging, gymnastics, bike riding, and power walking! and as long as you have self confidence weight doesnt matter

BURPEES. they work out your entire body. if you regularly do a good amount of them fast enough, they can turn you into hercules.
