hey everyone my names jenn...i was doing exericises and stuff for awhile to help me lose weight but then school started and i forgot about them and ive gained alot of weight and icant stop eating! does anyone know what exercises i can do for my stomach and arms that wont take long to work????? please reply
If you consistantly do sit-ups and push ups every morning I can gaurantee you that it will get better. My boyfriend is hella strong just from doing 200 sit ups and 90 push ups every morning. Get involved in a sport, do crunches every morning or every other morning. Don't be too down on yourself. There is no ideal body!
well over the summer i had been losing weight too and when schol started i didnt have time to do them anymore!! so i joined dance, im on the school dance team and in a regular dance class...there is also jogging, gymnastics, bike riding, and power walking! and as long as you have self confidence weight doesnt matter
