Unhappy Some advice for a worried teen please

Hi I am worried and was wondering if someone could offer me some advice please.
I am a boy who is nearly 15 now, and I am really small for my age.
I have a brother and a sister, who have a different dad to me and they are 11 and 9, both of them are only millimetres smaller than me.

As I don't see my real dad anymore, I have no way of knowing if he was a late developer like me.
Is there any lads out there who can tell me if this is normal.
Will I hit puberty soon?
My mum's new husband, laughs at me for being small (not nastyily) but he says he started growing hairs and stuff when he was 12, and can't understand why I havent yet.
My mum doesn't know if to take me to be checked by the doctor or not, or is it too soon?
What sort of age should i have hit puberty by?
and should I be worried now?
Thanks for your advice
I am not bambi79 by the way, that is my mum, I have just noticed it came up as her name, but I am using her computer and she has posted on these boards before and said I should try them

Everyone starts at different times. I have a friend, who I think is almost 14, and he's very small, and his voice hasn't changed or anything. Unfortunetly, I don't know a lot about this, but I can tell you that it will happen sooner or later, so don't worry and dwell on it. If your brother or sister ever make fun of you, just know that you will probably end up being taller than them in the end!

Thanks for taking the time to reply to my problem.
I'll try not to worry, it's just the lads at school make fun of me sometimes and I just wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong with me.

Ah, dont worry about it. I see so many guys at my high school that havent really reached puberty yet. You arent the only one. In fact, one of my best guy friends is tiny and a good deal shorter than me, and Im not that tall. And he always complains about when he'll get taller

Also I have seen the late bloomer on puberty to make funny jokes about it to keep there mental stat high.
