It sux being 17 year old guy and not feeling it...i have had health probs every day 24/7 since october. 5 months....so many weird things i wont go into it,but since late february ive had pain in shoulders/neck into arms and tightness and discomfort...i dont know what it is!!! Its really bad sometimes...
I also have vibrations and feelings in body too...electric shock feelings....i think about dying all day every day..
It sux!!! Dying at 17 of something you dont know of.
i'm sure that you're not dying... and if you have constant thoughts about death... maybe talk to a therapist or someone of that nature... might help out... get checked out none-the-less... stress... depression... any number of things can make you feel terrible and like your [physically... and mentally at times...] falling apart...
take care

Sounds like you should see a doctor, but I would actualy recommend you see a bio-chemist. Those people are amazing. They can look in your eyes, and tell you whats wrong with you. My one fixed my mother's liver problem and my brothers problems.
You shouldnt have to worry about such things, especially if you cant know for sure what it is.
You could even have hypocondria (i cant spell it sorry), where you worry and think about a particular sickness so much, your convinced you have it.

I'm not sure but can 17 year olds have MS? Either that or your back is out of alignment and pitching nerves and causes muscle tightness/spasms and the "electric shock" feelings. But I would suggest going to your doctor. If you don't know what it is, no need to worry, stress does not make anything get better anyways. Actually stress could even cause the health problems..

You may have Fibromyalgia. Patients with fibromyalgia usually ache all over, sleep poorly, are stiff on waking, and are tired all day. They are prone to headaches, memory and concentration problems, dizziness, numbness and tingling, itching, fluid retention, crampy abdominal or pelvic pain and diarrhea, and several other symptoms.
Do a search on the internet for "Fibromyalgia". You will find many websites as this affects about 2-4% of the population, but the diagnosis is often missed. There is also a topic about Fibromyalgia here on the healthboards.
Another thing that I think is possible is "Thoracic Outlet Syndrome". My mother has this condition, and it happens more freqently in females. Are you sensitive to cold weather and feel more comfortable wearing thick clothing? Have been in a car wreck or do you play an instrument? Do you find it difficult to do normal everyday tasks like grating cheese that was once easy?

I am dying!!!!!!!! Ever since february the pain in legs and back/shoulders and arms...right now my back and neck/shoulders and arm pain....omg....is it bone cancer?
would you people stop giving this kid ideas about what he could possibly have? my guess, and i would put money on it, is that it's all in his head. if it isn't..with all the aches and pains..just sounds like he needs a new mattress to sleep on.
a good therapist might help too.
if you haven't seen a doctor already, then whatever is bothering you must not be that bad.
Hey Kev. Have you seen a doctor? If so, what did he/she tell you? If, after all this time, they can't give you answers then GET ANOTHER DOCTOR. I know guys who are afraid to go to the doc cause they'd rather not know what's the matter. I hope that's not you cuz that's incredibly stupid. I recently had a major operation and it sucked. But it was my doc who found something that very well could have killed me if not found early. Please don't make the mistake of not knowing when you could. Let us know how it's going.

LOL, that's what I was going to say... these people naming diseases are going to give him idears! And the rest of your thoughts, well--DEAD ON, I'm quite sure.
And Kevin you're confusing me. Do you "wanna die"? You sound hysterical, dude. And, OMG, it's not bone cancer. It's probably nothing else either. Go to the doctor so she can tell you the same thing. And for pete's sake, when you go, do not start freaking out. As calmly as you can, state your symptoms at the appointment, but don't go saying, "could I have this or this?! I'm dying!!"
My question is, where are your parents in all this? How come we aren't hearing anything about them and what they're doing to help you. I doubt they're just sitting on the sidelines watching you grunt and moan about how much pain your in.

Shucks, don't tell someone like him he can die of the stress alone! 17 year olds don't ever die of stress. That's something that happens to older people who's tickers are on the fritz.
Just don't scare him more. I thought of the growing pains too though, so good one there.
hmmm the only way i can relate is that i have like a few beginning cavities in my mouth and when i eat something like uhh hard candy and chew it, it hurts bad and i get this quiver thing through my bones...ick. i cant imagine wat urs is like but please see a doctor u can get on meds to make it better. who knows u could stop sumthin very bad from happening
