ok there is this guy that is my brother's friend is really mean to me but he tells my brother and all of his friends that he thinks i am hot and that he likes me.... so why is he so mean to me??? i dont like it and i dont like him at all.... i dont like him because he is so mean.... and not only that he isnt that great looking... but anyways i was just cerious because i wanted to know why he is mean to me but yet he supposivly likes me.....
oh an how to i know if a guy likes me because this other guy i like is really hot but im not sure if he likes me or not... we talk and stuff and he has a nick name for me that is Big ____ the blank is for my last name... but he says that because i am 6f 2 in tall so he isnt calling me fat or anything.... what does that mean..... does anyone know
Guys are weird. Plain and simple. And they say that girls are weird.
Anyway, my guess is that the first guy is mean to you because he feels he has to show off for his buddies. He doesn't want to be made fun of. Tell him to get bent and leave you alone, he isn't worth your time.
As for the second guy, if he goes out of his way to make time to talk to you, or does things that your other guy friends don't, I would say that he likes you. Maybe one day you should just come right out and ask him!
Don't stress out wondering if a guy likes you. Chances are, you'll know if he does or not. I really can't explain it, but you'll know.
Maybe the guy who treats you like crap feels intimidated or something similar?
For example, there was a girl I worked with who I liked but there was something about her (maybe her looks) that intimidated me so I treated her bad most of the time.
First of all, Girls make no sense, guys make perfect sense.
So why is he so mean to you. Well im guessing at this age (I suppose you are in HS?) there is none of the "be mean" type of games. Im guessing he does not like you, your brother just says this. But maybe this kid just needs to grow up, be mean back.
As for the other kid, talk to him about it. It is really hard to judge. Maybe he is just shy, girls ARE complicated.
Being a guy, we are all wierd, but his form for him to talk to you and get close to you would be to tease you. He does this because he knows it gets your attention.
The other thing is I know you said he is ugly and mean but have you ever saw a nice side to him? Maybe a side you may want to give a chance?
Okay firstly, I had a situation similar to guy number one. My litte sister's friend would come over to our house and then bug the hell out of me for the entire time she was here. I'd be just sitting on the couch watching TV and BOOM, a pillow would smack me in the side of the head. I later found out that she was completely infatuated with me. This girl was 15 and I was 17.
I personally believe this guy who supposedly thinks you're hot just picks on you because you are his friend's little sister, and he is immature.
As for the second guy, I wouldn't worry about the nickname "big __" unless you are overweight. At 6'2" I would call you "big _____" too, because that's quite tall for a girl. If you think he's hot, and are interested in him, start hitting on him and make it obvious. If he's interested as well, he will respond, and if he isn't he will ignore it.
