Arrow Growing up...literally

I'm a 16 guy now, almost 5'9" and I am a little self conscience about my height. I am not quite as tall as some of my peers, but I'm also not nearly a part of the short crowd. Is there anything that I can do to grow taller? I'd like to eventually be at least 6 feet tall. When do ppl stop growing?

There's nothing you can do to be taller unless you want to have some of your leg bones broke and stretched. I don't recommend that route.

Don't worry, you're only 16. You still have plenty of time to hit a growth spurt. My brother was shorter than me(I'm 5'7") until he hit 18 or 19. Now he's 6'3".

Everybody grows at different rates. You may be done, or you may shoot up to over 6ft. before you know it. A lot has to do with genetics. Are either one of your parents tall? If they are, chances are you'll be taller too.

Try not to worry.

Naaa i dont know im 6ft 2 and only 15 im a girl..... my brother was always shorter than me since we were born and he is a year older than me.... he finaly caught up to me i think we are the same height now..... my dad is 6ft 5 in my grandpa is 6ft5 and my uncle is 6ft 5 my mom is 5ft10 or11 and her brother is 6ft 8 all i can say is that is in the genes..... we drink milk so much when my dad is home we can drink up to 3 gallons a day!!!!! i cut back though since i lost weight.. its not part of my diet now....... so maybe milk will help.... maybe that is why my family is so tall..... the milk....... just a suggestion though
