They stop puberty around 16, once the breasts are developed and they have begun their periods.
Your breasts can continue to grow until your 20s, depending on your weight.
A woman will stop growing taller around the same time she stops puberty, but I grew a half inch in the past year bringing it to a lovely 5' 9.5" (not the best height when boy-searching-limits the possibilities... jkjk) and I'm 18.
Every woman is different. Ask your doctor next time you go, s/he should be able to tell you approx how tall you will be according to your growth plates and if you talk to your mother you could find out when she stopped growing to get a rough idea of your timeline.
