i am 16 years old in full time education but am 6 ft 3 and 159lbs so as you could imagine i am very lanky
my family is also going through a serious money crisis at the moment.
i have been going to the gym about 3 times a week for about 8 months now.
i have also been trying to get my hands on some protien shakes but the prices are so expensive i struggle to get some or maybe have one bottle of whey protien per month and some creatine powder.
i have also been spending my lunch money on protien bars to try and put on weight to decrease my lankieness. my overall goal is to gain weight until i weigh 200lbs in muscle.
i also have a set of cheap dumbells at home which i try to use the days i dont go to the gym but still see no difference in my body.
does anyone have some weight gain/bodybuilding advice started or know of a cheap scource of proiten

wow you are very lanky im 6'0 and weigh 172lbs aha;
but uhm try and eat more foods with high protein and do more weightlifting than cardio exercises because cardio loses body fat
i'm really skinny too. i'm 5 3 and 95lbs! i try drinking alot of boost but i don't work out. i fear i may loose weight if i do. but boost can be a bit pricey.
In a few short years, you will naturally bulk up, as puberty transitions to manhood. Be patient, nature will take it's course. Use whatever money you have for whole, vitamin rich foods...not fad supplements and such. Your brain is not finished growing yet, keep it fed first.
