Re: Height issue

I have good news for you. Males do not end their growth spurts until their mid 20's so you have a lot more growing time in you. Hanging, or stretching your body will not help. A nutritious diet will

Pup.

Re: Height issue

Hey,

I have made some researches and they say that males basically stop their growth spurts at 18 then they grow no more then 2cm after 18 ...

All I want to know is how can I improve the growing thing, so in the next year I can be at least 170 - 175 cm

Help me please.
