If you are urinating a large amount of blood, you need to see a doctor as quickly as possible. There are many different causes of this and only a doctor can figure it out through different tests. Smoking and drinking are probably not the cause but if you are doing either of these, it is best for your health that you tell the doctor.
The best case scenario for you is that you have a urinary tract infection that is becoming worse. If it has gotten this bad, you probably need some strong antibiotics quickly to fix the problem. No matter what the cause of your symptoms, they are going to get much worse if you do not seek treatment.
