Male nauseous in mornings.

I am a teen, male, and have recently become susceptible to motion sickness (if that matters at all). Every morning for the past week or so, in the morning until about midday, I feel horribly nauseous and can't even think about or smell food without feeling sick to my stomach. Due to my schooling situation, I have to eat every morning or my blood sugar drops before the end of the school day which is typically around 11-12:30 (no lunch at my school).

I make myself eat before I leave everyday, which makes me want to vomit with every bite. I have not vomited due to this nausea, but it feels as though I will every time I want up and smell our tenants cooking.

I was not sure what other information to add to this, so if there is anything else you need to know, I would be glad to answer.

Help would really be appreciated.
