very scared, need your help
I am a teen and I just came back from the doctor to see my blood test results, and he examined my stomach and he said I should have another blood test and he will refer me to a specialist because he thinks there is something wrong with my liver function and I might have an abdominal scan. Is this serious? And also he said it might be a viral infection.

I am only a teen and I hope it isn't going to ruin my life..

Honestly I wouldn't worry about it. It could be a liver problem but that doesn't mean it's serious or something that can't be cured. There might have been something wrong with the blood test too. There's other possibilities besides whatever serious thing you're thinking and viral infections are curable and as far as I know most of them arent serious. Honestly youll just have to go to a specialist and see but until then don't worry about. Worrying is like a rocking chair, it keeps you busy but doesn't get anywhere.
