Absolutely sick and tired...
I'm 19, 6'2", and about 125 lbs. I've always been underweight my whole life, but now I'm completely sick of it. I've asked plenty of people about how to gain weight, and everyone just simply answers "eat more". So far that has been completely unsuccessful. I go to school and work up to 50 hours a week. I don't have a ton of time to watch my calories and wait around for myself to magically gain weight. I've also tried exercising, which also has yielded almost no results. Is there ANY sort or prescription, or something I can take or eat daily, a routine, something that will actually work? I'm sick of people day after day telling me I'm underweight. It honestly ruins most days.
Any help would be extremely appreciated.
