Head Rushes Causing Spazms/ Short memory loss.

Okay, so i'm a teen male and i have been diagnosed with ADD and Depression and take 40 mg of adderall and 40 mg of fluoxetine a day, (im not sure if this is relevant yet.) but recently whenever i stand up, or work out, i get these head rushes where my whole body starts to tingle and i can barely stand, once i sit down, the feelings so intense my body might jerk a few times, and when i can finally see again, i can barely remember what happened, only shortly after, remembering what happened, some people i know said its similar to the feeling you get from the choking game to i guess. Im in decent shape too, seeing as i do workout frequently, after i get going, the rushes cease, but are very intense if i am just sitting down for 15-30 minutes at a time.
