you do have all the classic symptoms of anxiety disorder. if you haven't already been checked out by your doctor, i would suggest that you do, especially if heart problems run in your family, you are overweight or have any other conditions. you empower your panic by concentrating too much on what your body is doing. try keeping your mind busy, reading, walking, or even writing journals about experiences in your life. anything that diverts your mind from your bodies senses, will help keep the anxiety at bay. when my panic started i purchased a book by edmund bourne called healing fear. great self help book. will tell you everything about what your feeling, why your feeling it and how to overcome it. hope this helps and let me know how you're coping.
