Hi JennyGxx, I often have problems falling asleep when I am worried about something or I am angry at someone. Could there be a situation in your life that is weighing on your mind? There are many ways of soothing yourself to sleep. You shouldn't just lay there if you can't sleep. Many sleepless people make that mistake and it doesn't do any good. I suggest taking a warm bath or shower, reading a book, and writng short stories and poems. Also you might want to go to sleep at the same time each night, and not sleep too late the next day. Remeber an over worried mind is a terrible interruption for sleep or any other social activities. I hope you you get a good nights sleep soon.
