| Don't know If I'm on my period or if it is more serious like bowel cancer!
I woke up this morning and there was blood and a small amount of faecies in my pyjamas. I was very worried, and when I went to the toilet there was blood in my urine with a little faeces. I looked it up and bowel cancer symptoms came up, but I'm not sure if it's my period or not. I've never had this sort of problem before, but I have had some white creamy vaginal disharge in my pants which is very embarrassing and also worrying. I really don't want to get cancer. I don't want to tell anyone about it, not even my family. I'm really scared about it and I'm not sure what to do! please help!
